Beachfront Site - Fantastic site just above the beach provides spectacular views that stretch from one end of the miles-long beach to the other. You'll enjoy watching the sea and wildlife, the movement of boats, and occasional small planes landing near the hotel on the point. Rock walls surround the full perimeter of the property. Boats can be launched right in front of the property!
Palapa - Fabulous hexagonal, palm frond palapa with stone floor and stone steps to the beach. This large outdoor room is used morning, noon and night for dining, reading, parties, sleeping and more. The palapa was the original structure on all of Shell Beach. The site was selected by the original owner of the surrounding property to build his community palapa and beachfront campground. There was such interest in his new community that the original owner abandoned the campground idea and began leasing and selling lots to full-time and vacation home owners.
Garage - 25' wide by 22' deep with tall ceilings and concrete floor. The garage is stuccoed and painted inside and can be easily converted to living space.
Bathroom - 9' wide by 19' feet deep with double sinks, a big shower and two entry doors.
Utility Room - 6' wide by 9 feet deep.
Trailer - 32' 5th wheel trailer with living room slide-out and private, walk-around bedroom. The trailer is connected to all utilities: water, septic, 12 and 120 volt power.
Utilities - Piped water from community well; -Septic system; Solar power (200 watt solar photovoltaic array with 4 panels, 4 batteries, Trace 2400 watt inverter and Trace solar charge controller.
Home Site - The garage and bathroom were built with plans to incorporate a future home. While the palapa, trailer, bathroom and garage were all we needed, there's room to build a home, if desired!
